Privacy Policy

Last Updated: March 12, 2026

Arkra LLC (“Arkra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the INVIZD website (getinvizd.com), related services, and the INVIZD hardware device and associated software (collectively, the “Product” or “INVIZD”). We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy and have designed INVIZD with privacy and data sovereignty as foundational principles — specifically through a true zero-knowledge, cloudless architecture.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website, purchase INVIZD hardware, or use our Product. By accessing or using INVIZD, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We deliberately collect as little personal information as possible.

Personal Information for Transactions and Support:

•  When you place an order, we collect only what is strictly necessary to process and ship your purchase: name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number (optional), and payment information (processed by third-party providers — we do not store full credit card details).

•  We may retain basic order history and correspondence (such as emails with our support team) solely for fulfillment, warrant

•  All user data — including files, messages, chats, notes, and any other content — is stored exclusively on your physical INVIZD hardware using strong local encryption.

•  Encryption keys are generated and remain only on your device. No data, metadata, or content is ever uploaded to us or any third-party servers.

•  Biometric authentication and peer-to-peer connections are handled locally on the hardware.

We do not collect usage telemetry, location data (beyond shipping needs), device analytics, or any content from INVIZD units.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the limited information we hold only to:

•  Process and fulfill orders, including shipping and customs documentation.

•  Provide customer support, handle returns, warranty claims, or respond to your inquiries.

•  Maintain basic account records and comply with legal or financial obligations.

•  Improve website security and functionality using aggregated, non-identifying data.

We do not use your information for marketing, behavioral advertising, or profiling unless you explicitly opt in (and you can opt out at any time).

3. How We Share or Disclose Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share limited order-related information only when necessary with trusted service providers (e.g., payment processors, shipping carriers) who are contractually required to protect it.

Critical Limitation on Disclosure — Subpoenas and Legal Requests:

Because INVIZD operates on a strict zero-knowledge architecture, we have no access to any data stored on your INVIZD device.

•  In the event of any subpoena, court order, warrant, government request, or other legal process directed at Arkra LLC or INVIZD, the only information we can possibly disclose is basic purchase records and any emails or communications we have exchanged with you (e.g., order confirmation, shipping details, or support tickets).

•  Nothing contained on any INVIZD device — including files, messages, chats, emails, notes, or any other user data — can ever be disclosed by us, because we do not possess, control, or have the technical ability to access or decrypt that information. Your data remains under your exclusive physical and cryptographic control at all times.

•  Even under legal compulsion, we cannot provide access to user content on INVIZD hardware. This is by design and is a core feature of the Product.

We will notify you of any legal request where legally permitted, and we will challenge overly broad demands to the extent allowed by law.

4. Data Storage and Security

•  Any limited personal information we hold (order records, emails) is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for business or legal purposes.

•  INVIZD user data exists solely on your hardware. Because of the zero-knowledge design, even we cannot recover or access it if you lose your credentials. This means your data is protected from us — and therefore from third-party requests we might receive.

We implement reasonable security measures for the data we do process, but no system is infallible.

While INVIZD’s true zero-knowledge, cloudless design significantly reduces visibility to external surveillance and data brokers, effective privacy also depends on responsible use of the device and complementary security practices where appropriate.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the limited personal information we hold about you (subject to legal retention requirements, such as order records for accounting or warranty purposes).

For data on your INVIZD device, you have full control through local settings and can manage access via biometrics and trusted peers.

To exercise your rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond in accordance with applicable law (including GDPR where it applies to EU residents or CCPA/CPRA for California residents).

6. International Transfers

Arkra LLC is based in the United States. Order-related information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We take appropriate safeguards where required.

7. Children’s Privacy

INVIZD is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy. The revised version will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of INVIZD after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
